AAMCO Center employee learning has never been more rewarding! Each employee should first complete the AAMCO prerequisites. These are essential Safety and Best Practices EVERYONE at an AAMCO center should be familiar with. These can be found under the My Learning > Technician Training filter. Once you have completed ALL of the pre-requisites, you'll unlock a variety of Career Paths designed for the AAMCO technician. Each of these paths have an Assessment Test that offers two pathways:

1. Score 80% or higher to advance to the next level and receive a Certificate of Equivalency, validating you possess the skills associated with that level of that course material. At this point, you can opt to continue completing the courses within that path or move on to the next one.
2. Score below 80% or opt to complete the courses. Scores less than 80% indicate some gaps in your knowledge that will be filled by completing all courses within the given pathway. After finishing all of the course material in the given level, you'll earn a Career Path Completion Certificate and achievement patches. When you have completed a level in this manner, let us know to send your patches. Don't worry about the Assessment test showing as incomplete, this is normal and it is not needed when completing entire level of learning. Contact [email protected]
