Course Purpose

This course builds core competency in automatic transmission rebuilding using the 4L60E as the primary training platform. Participants perform complete teardown, inspection, hydraulic analysis, vacuum testing, and precision assembly while applying AAMCO best practices. Each attendee builds and dyno-tests their own transmission to operational standards and gains direct exposure to professional rebuild operations through a GPS facility tour.
