COMING to AAMCO University September 20th – September 23rd  2022! A âEntry Levelâ Rebuilder Class for the experienced A-B technician that wants to learn how to properly rebuild conventional transmissions.
This new class will fill up quickly since we are limiting the number of students. If interested, please get your qualified technicians registered for this upcoming class at the AAMCO University in Newnan Georgia as soon as possible.
ENTRY Level 101 Transmission Rebuilder Class
Classes are scheduled Tuesday â Friday September 20th â September 23rd.
An Entry Level Transmission Rebuilder training designed only for A and B level Technicians that have a good understanding and experience of automotive systems, scanners and tools, but do not have the experience of rebuilding transmissions.
This 4-day class will include both classroom and hands on training and exercises using the most popular 4L60E transmission.
Class will include:
- Theory of operation
- Root Cause Analysis and Directed Diagnostic Process for a successful repair
- Disassembly and inspection of worn and damage parts ⢠Specifications, measurements, and preparation for rebuild
- Actual rebuild with new rebuild kits, seals, pistons, bushings, and replacement hard parts
- Reaming and fitting of aftermarket repair products
- Valvebody inspection and pressure testing with repair products installed
- Step by step reassembly with grading of results
- Installation and preparation of rebuilt units in test chassis
- Pressure testing, flow analysis and shift results graded.
- Cooler hot flushing machine process training
