A “Entry Level” Rebuilder Class for the experienced A-B technician that wants to learn how to properly rebuild conventional transmissions. \nThis new class will fill up quickly since we are limiting the number of students. If interested\, please get your qualified technicians registered for this upcoming class at the AAMCO University in Newnan Georgia as soon as possible. \nENTRY Level 101 Transmission Rebuilder Class  \nClasses are scheduled Tuesday – Friday September 20th – September 23rd. \nAn Entry Level Transmission Rebuilder training designed only for A and B level Technicians that have a good understanding and experience of automotive systems\, scanners and tools\, but do not have the experience of rebuilding transmissions. \nThis 4-day class will include both classroom and hands on training and exercises using the most popular 4L60E transmission. \nClass will include: \n\nTheory of operation\nRoot Cause Analysis and Directed Diagnostic Process for a successful repair\nDisassembly and inspection of worn and damage parts • Specifications\, measurements\, and preparation for rebuild\nActual rebuild with new rebuild kits\, seals\, pistons\, bushings\, and replacement hard parts\nReaming and fitting of aftermarket repair products\nValvebody inspection and pressure testing with repair products installed\nStep by step reassembly with grading of results\nInstallation and preparation of rebuilt units in test chassis\nPressure testing\, flow analysis and shift results graded.\nCooler hot flushing machine process training\n\n  \nSeats are limited so make sure you have registered to save a spot. \nPlease contact any of our Support techs with any questions you may have through the hotline link. \nregistration:   https://forms.gle/ubmXXviLaNpT3dN47 \nTransportation and hotel (if necessary) are your responsibility.
