AAMCO Initial Franchise Training (IFT) Week 2

AAMCO Initial Franchise Training (IFT) is a By Invitation Only course exclusively for new franchisees of AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care.  IFT is a 4-week course designed to build successful AAMCO Franchisees.  IFT is a requirement for all incoming franchisees and additions to AAMCO Franchise Agreement.

AAMCO IFT is an immersion into the AAMCO Brand, Culture and The Six Steps to Success

While Attending IFT we will discuss strategies for success including Managing Expenses, Staffing, P&L Review and Building a Successful Plan for an AAMCO Center.  Attendees will also be introduced to the AAMCO Point of Sales System (AMS) and key Authorized Suppliers.
