AAMCO University Is excited to announce in-market training to welcome a new era into the AAMCO Brand.  The New AAMCO Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI).   The AAMCO DVI is a modern method of performing our inspection using technology to deliver the inspection findings and integrating the results into AMS.  The AAMCO DVI software will allow us to also document vehicle condition with both photo and video alongside the traditional VCC/IVC. This new approach streamlines the process of our inspection with clearer results and enhances communication with the customer, ultimately improving the AAMCO Customer Experience and driving sales and profitability.  While our managers learn to effectively use this new tool, we will work with the franchisees to understand the value offered in the AAMCO Profitability Tool in the FRM

Friday (6:30–9:00 PM):

• Introduction to the AAMCO WAY and its value for standardizing customer experience.
• Overview of the differences between AMS and AAMCO DVI and setting expectations for professional sales presentations.

Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM):

• Creating work orders, interfacing with DVI, using text authorizations, introducing the AAMCO process through the center, and explaining the DVI process.
• In-depth, hands-on training on the DVI process, including setup, inspection cadence, taking quality photos and intensive role-play using the systems live.
• Walking through the new DVI process, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring consistency across centers.
• Focus on CSMs learning to train their teams, with time for questions and addressing any specific sales-related training items.
