AAMCO CSM Training | Initial Sales Management Training (ISMT)

Initial Sales & Management Training (ISMT) is a 1-week course recommended for all Customer Service Managers (CSM) and a Requirement for The AAMCO CSM Certification Program.

ISMT CSM Training is designed to impact sales in an AAMCO Center whether a manager is new to the AAMCO Brand or an experienced CSM needing a refresher to meet the requirements for the AAMCO CSM Certification Program.

The training includes immersion of the AAMCO Brand, Culture and The Six Steps to Success.  We focus on conversion, pricing and managing workflow to improve profitability.  To improve overall sales the CSMs will learn improved Objection Handling Skills, best practices for overcoming common objections and using listening skills to identify customer types.  AMS Training is also included allowing your manager to utilize the point of sales system to generate profitable repair orders and collect data for AMS Analytics to improve profit.
